Systemic Constellations are a way of working with issues within human systems.

Developed by Bert Hellinger, a German psychotherapist, they originally focused on family systems to disclose the deeper forces that unknowingly influence our thoughts, behaviours and emotional experiences through multiple generations.

Systemic Constellations: a method, an approach, a collection of insights, applied philosophy, study of human relationships, a useful tool applied in many disciplines.

A way of perceiving the world by seeing patterns, illuminating dynamics, facilitating solutions: create a living, dynamic map of relationship systems with unknowns standing in place and seeing what emerges; illuminates with startling clarity and give firm foundations

Bert Hellinger described Systemic Constellations as a group of objects which stand together to form a pattern giving external expressions of internal & often unconscious patterns creating inner shifts often universal to human experience.

Hidden depths emerge opening up significant learning for the individual, for a team.

Systemic Constellation work can be done using objects to represent people or situations – ‘on a table top’. Systemic Constellations work can be done in person with a team.

Every organisation, every company, every department/division, team is a system. Systemic Constellation work is an excellent means to discover what is happening and not happening as well as how to move forward effectively.
